Firestone Complete Auto Care

The staff was very accommodating when we needed an emergency flat repair. Once they diagnosed the cause, they took the time to explain the damage, walk us through the recommended repair, and keep us updated while the work was being done. They even took photos during the repair and shared them with us so we could see exactly what had been done. Just a really good experience from start to finish. They were helpful, straightforward, and thorough—easily one of the best service experiences I can remember.

I don't like writing bad reviews but today was not a good day to visit this store and I'll tell you why. The customer service was less than acceptable!! I brought my car in because the back passenger tire that I purchased here in May had a screw in it and upon calling my car warranty company they said yes you can take it back there and we will pay them to fix it or replace it. They just need to call us. Upon arrival at Firestone I immediately told the young man helping that I have acrew in my tire and that I bought a tire here in May and my car warranty paid for it. I also told him I already called my warranty company and they said they would pay but Firestone must call them. So I'm trying to pull my receipt out of the small folder from my glove box and I guess he sees all my Nissan service receipts so he proceeds to tell me I must have gotten it at Nissan. I said no I just told you i bought it here in May. Guess he didn't hear what I said when he asked how he could help me. As I looked for the receipt I literally had to ask if he would please be patience while I find my receipt because I know I have it. I felt rushed like he had 90 people behind me waiting and there was no one! W

I had a great experience with Firestone! The team was extremely helpful and worked with me to accommodate my financial needs, which I truly appreciated. They made it possible for me to get four brand-new tires and an alignment without putting me in a difficult financial situation. The staff was understanding, professional, informative and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find an affordable solution while making sure my vehicle was safe. I’m very grateful for the service I received and would definitely recommend Firestone to anyone looking for quality service and a team willing to work with you. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

I walked in and was greeted by Parker with a smile on his face. Everyone was happy and friendly, the waiting area was comfortable and clean. I just needed a vin and odometer statement for my cars and Parker was professional and explained the process and had me in and out with exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back in the future for any other vehicle needs.

Sean was incredibly kind and helpful. I did not have an appointment, but needed an oil change and tire rotation on my daughter's car who was only home from college for about 6 hours on a SUNDAY. Sean was able to squeeze us in and had everything done (including a much-needed new air filter) in about 90 minutes. I could not have been more pleased with the service and timely attention that was given to us.
